Cancellation & Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Appointments require at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, may be charged in full.

Services are provided by appointment only. Refunds are not provided for completed sessions.
